Most problems are fixed by one of the steps below. If not, send us a note and we’ll take a look.

Common fixes

  • Reload the page. Schedules and team stats load live from ESPN, so a dropped connection can leave cards empty.
  • Can’t sign in? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page.
  • No verification email? Give it a few minutes and check spam, junk and promotions.
  • Still nothing? Sign in and tap “Resend verification email,” and make sure the address on your account is spelled right.
  • Simulations run on the Mel’s Playbook engine, up to 1,000,000 runs at a time and two games at once. If the engine is briefly offline, the app says so; try again in a few minutes.
