What Mel’s Playbook is

Mel’s Playbook simulates sports games and shows how often each outcome happens in those simulations. It is entertainment and analysis software. It is not a sportsbook, we don’t take wagers or pay prizes, and nothing on the site is financial, gambling or professional advice. Simulations are estimates: real games often go differently, and past accuracy doesn’t promise future results. If you choose to bet anywhere, that decision and its risk are yours; only bet where it’s legal for you, and never more than you can afford to lose. Your account

You need to be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details private; you’re responsible for activity on your account. One person per account: don’t share or resell access.

Mel’s Playbook Pro

Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time under Manage billing on your account page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments already made aren’t refunded except where the law requires it or we choose to. We may change prices with advance notice before your next renewal.

Our models and data

The simulation engines, model settings, predictions and site content belong to Mels Playbook LLC. You may use them for your own personal use. You may not:

• copy, scrape, harvest or bulk-download predictions or other output, by script, bot or any automated means;
• try to reverse-engineer, extract or recreate our models, including by systematically running simulations to infer how they work;
• resell, republish or share our output as part of a paid or public product or service, including tip and picks services;
• get around usage limits, paywalls or security, or use someone else’s account.

Short quotes of a result with credit to Mel’s Playbook (for example, sharing a simulation you ran) are fine.

Fair use and limits

Accounts have usage limits to keep the engine fast for everyone and to protect the models. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, without a refund.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee that it will be error-free or always online, or that any data source (schedules, injuries, odds) is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mels Playbook LLC is not liable for any losses, including betting losses, that come from using the site, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. These terms are governed by Arizona law. Questions? Send us a message.
